Everyone experiences stress. Stress comes in many forms and can have a long term negative impact on your overall health if you don't find ways to manage it. Stress Busters was created to counteract the negative effects of stress by using the arts as a means for expresssion.

How Does Stress Busters Work?
In an effort to share it with as many people as possible, Stress Busters is currently delivered as an event lead by founder, Brenda Starr Woods.
The event includes a variety of interactive activities designed to engage the participants, enable diverse professionals to teach valuable stress prevention and stress relieving techniques and encourage social interaction and exposure to the arts.

This spring a Stress Busters Event was offered to the public. The event included several components aimed at healthy lifestyle.
This included healthy, balanced food options catered by Scent of Grace and featured a special selection of artists and professionals who share the philosophy of relieving stress and improving overall quality of life:

Providing massage therapy rooted in chiropractic medicine, stress testing and stress prevention lectures and workshops
